How can I access Sony's service menu for the KP-65XBR10W? I want to adjust convergence, and the flash focus isn't the best, if anything! Could this be that dangerous for me to do that Sony doesn't getting into the service menu in the manual? Is there a service manual somewhere that describes the convergene adjustments?
FYI that I want to do this cause I see some red 'shadow' to the left of letters on the left side of the screen when watching through the DTV input.I mention this in case this could be something else, beacuse I really want to believe this is an adjustment problem

I am aware I need to spend the cash on calibration, but looking for a quick tweak until the holiday bills settle down!!
I have technical computer experience, so can this be anything more than a boring video game of making the lines all white?
