Up until this past wekend... CBS still used some of its NTSC Camera's on replays/tightshots... Technology had not yet advanced where they could get super-slomo... with HD...
(PanaSONIC IS ACTUALLY THE CAMERA/RECORD EQUIPMENT THAT MOST OF THE TRUCKS EMPLOY FOR THAT SUPER-SUPER SLO-MO FEATURE.)
I'LL ADMIT IT IS A WILD GUESS... BUT I HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH SLO-MO DISPLAYED... (OTHER THAN IN DEMO'S AT HD-HARDWARE SHOWS WITH WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH THE 1080 24 THEY ARE USING FOR ALOT OF SIT-COMS )... UNTILL I SAW SATURDAYS SKY-CAM REPLAY.... AND I'LL ADMIT...I ASSUMED...
I STAND CORRECTED... BUT ECSTATIC AT WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE SUPER-BOWL!!!!!!

...Checking what I heard and saw once more..... I checked the Panasonic site.... THey do RECORD 1080p... but of course there is no over-air transmission.... so they can play the recorded data in slo mo..... (Comes out 1080i.... but in slow mo...) With the 60 frames per sec.... you see more info...
There is NO super-slo mo yet available in HD... so that is the Panasonic recording is the next best thing!!
