On my new Hughes HTL-HD on D* the pic quality on SD programming seems very poor going through the DVI cable. HD is perfect. I've got the S-Video cable hooked up too and the picture using that TV input seems much better. I double checked all the TV settings and both inputs are set exactly the same.
Some of my friends have complained about the same thing using Time Warner cable boxes and DVI.
Is DVI not the best output to use for SD programming?
