I have some doubts about Regional Sports Netwoks available in HD on D* anytime soon.
It is more than a coincidence that only Cablevision cable systems are carrying MSG and FSNY in HD. Same for Comcast with Comcast Sports Net in Washington and Philadelphia.
Cablevision for one advertises that their HD programming is only available on cable. They also exploit the fact that they put sporting events on Metro Channel which is not on Satellite and they promote this fact heavily
Of course as a Ranger season ticket holder I wish they would put more games on Metro so I can spare myself the misery of watching them!!!

I would exp[ect that what they are talking about is Fox Sports Net, which is already broadcasting in HD and is found on several cable systems already (including Time Warner). With the new owner, that would be a no-brainer.
