I was doing some experiments with my new Pioneer Elite DV-59AVi going through the Pioneer Elite VSX-55TXi and WOW!...i-Link is the way to go!!!...I just wanted to post this thread for all considering a new DVD Player and surround system...Make darn sure your DVD player has HDMI or DVI and make sure it has i-Link audio...I am...B-L-O-W-N....A-W-A-Y !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....The sound and video FAR exceed the limitations of non-DVI/HDMI and non-i-Link systems...(trust me).
