I need a tv for my bedroom--looking for suggestions.. the room dimensions are 12x15 I am considerating a sony xbr40 hdtv as my choice--- a little disappointed with available programming as I have a mitsubishi 55511 for the living room.... I am open to any ideas

I have the Sony xbr400 in my family room. I will caution you that this thing is HUGE and HEAVY just like everyone says. It also is 26 1/8 inches deep, so keep that in mind.

One more thing, the TV has a proprietary stand and only sits about 2 feet or so from the ground. Will that work for you to be viewing from a lying down position in bed? It’s not like you can put this in an armoire.
