I am receiving OTA digital broadcasts with a Samsung TS160. About a month ago I stopped receiving audio on Detroit 2-2 (FOX 4X3 format) and 56-1 (PBS HD). I still receive high quality stereo and 5.1 audio on the other OTA digital channels - including 2-1 and 56-2. A tech at the local PBS station told me to rescan and try PCM audio instead of Dolby Digital. This did not help. The tech also reconfigured 56's audio streams. Still no audio. He says they have not received any other complaints. Could it be the Samsung? Has anyone else experienced this?

Michael,
Thanks for the response. Changing channels does not help. Actually this is not an on and off problem - it's been this way for a month with no audio on these two channels. My antenna is on the roof, so "tweaking" is a little more difficult. My signal strength on 56-1 is 86% - as it is on 56-2 where I receive the audio fine. 2-2 signal strength is 100%. From your response I'm beginning to think it's the Samsung STB.

I spoke with my neighbor last night who happens to be in a similar situation and he stated that he had to send the receiver back because he also could not receive DirecTV signal on B and C. Sorry
Michael
