yes that Billy phillip is up and coming into junior hockey.He had 2 invitees to the top 2 junior teams in his area.He was just small then 5"7 145 lbs.This year he has been offerd a scholarship to play in florida at a prep school.Junior B offer,Junior C offers along with junior development offer.Last year he was first line at the rookie camps.He is gonna attend U17.Last I heard he was goign up north to play Jr B.A team better sign him right now before they loose him.
I wouldnt be so proud of those jr.b, jr. C and jr.D offers. my 50 year old grandfather could play in anyone of those leagues. I've never herd of this kid, you sure this isnt just a parent trying to get him some attention?
His size alone will kill his chances. I saw a really good kid out at a Jr A practice and game and he was pretty handy with the puck and tough for his size but even with all that he will probably not get signed because of his size. Other teams will cream him totally.
