well the top 4 teams are down in their respective series', if they all go down, that would be huge! haha but i doubt the soo will lose. watch out for the majors though, they can turn heads they've done it already this year (big nickel tourny) and have lost some key players 18 year old defenceman/forward adam shipway had to retire because of head trauma (post concussion syndrome).brandon perry went to kingston jr. A, and john beardsley has also left the team. but watch out for these guys, with the remaining roster they are young and hungry and have league MVP and best defenseman mark katic patrolling the blueline.

Sault Ste Marie beat Sudbury 7-1 today. Kap beat KL 4-3. Hopefully Trappers take game 3 against Valley at Ferris on Saturday. Should be a good one and hopefully the fans will pack West Ferris to capacity to watch this one.

If Timmins wins game two against New Liskeard, Timmins will have a great chance at winning the series back home at the McIntyre Rink.

Majors beat Cubs 4-2 in game 3 in a packed house at the Mac on friday night.

Majors lose game 1 5-1 in the soo

Kirkland Lake has beat Kapuskasing 3-0 in the fifth and deciding game. The Trappers will host the Legion 87's in games one and two. Times and dates are to be announced. I don't understand why Timmins & Sault Ste Marie have played two games already in the series though when the Kap/KL series wasn't even completed. The game tonight saw the Soo beat up on Timmins 10-0.

Hey Timmins in 5. Try maybe they might not even score 5 goals in 4 games. I can't beleive how wild the north stars are. Playing the first two games here in the Soo timmins has been out scored 18-1 in the first two games.This series is not even close And that Cadic from Timmins how the hell did he recieve the M.V.P of the league come on he should have recieved the M.V.C the most valuable crap award for the way he is playing. hey buddy, Im pretty sure that after the last 2 seasons no one would have even expected us to make it to the finals. We beat 2 real good teams in the first 2 rounds. The Soo is ranked the #1 team in Canada and have a good shot at taking the regionals. Be at the game Saturday and watch how good of a team they are before u start runnin your mouth about how we are a disgrace. Any other team in the league would be gettin beat 10-0
