Hi Evan. In the early 90's I was in the audience of an Australian Saturday Night Live style program called Hey Hey it's Saturday. They had a talent section each week and during my visit to the show, the "Red Faces" talent act was a University troupe doing "Jenny Craig Superstar". ('take this cake away from me' was one of the lines in Geth.) It was hilarious. It wasn't as funny as the 2000 JCS film, which some might acknowledge as a parody. It was the only JCS parody I have seen thus far. I do have a JCS book published 1971 which shows a letter denying parody rights for the show. It said that any parodies must be authorised by Rice/Webber, but that was 32 years ago. I think there should be more parodies of JCS. Please inform us all if you find any.
