Herod: I'm staying with Rik Mayall - he's really the only person that I know of who could/can play Herod without ruining the atmosphere, I think considering he's so adept at playing characters that are funny and evil at the same time (Ritchie Twat comes to mind "IT'S PRONOUNCED THWAIT")
