The Exceller Fund has a restored photo

by

The Exceller Fund is a group that formed over the internet to save horses, especially Thoroughbred ex-racehorses, from the grim fate that befell Exceller.

I received an original CC Cook print from one of our supporters. The print was damaged, and I took it to a photo lab for restoration. I have had several re-prints made of the restored photo, and these are available as one of our fundraising items.

Normally I would tell you to go to our Gift Shop and walk you through all the links, but the navigation can be cumbersome. Here is a link to the page with the photo: http://www.excellerfund.org/cgi-sz/webcwrap/szw/st_prod.html?p_prodid=22&p_catid=2&sid=68@NcK0WqJaQ6YN-31102565873.8d

You can also go to our home page at http://www.excellerfund.org and then click on the Gift Shop link. From there, look for the RaceHorse photos link. Click on that to take you to our current "inventory."

Sadly, I have seen someone selling a copy of this on eBay. I don't know if the seller came across their own print or are re-selling a copy from us. However, if you order from the Exceller Fund, you can accomplish two great things:

1. You will have a magnificent photo of Man o' War in his physical prime.

2. You will help the Exceller Fund rescue, rehab, adopt, or care for horses that would otherwise have ended up at the slaughterhouse.
