man o'war and native dancer

by L Pelkey

Man o'war will always be my choice of horses,i have often wondered how native dancer would of fared against man o'war?the dancer did win 21 of 22 starts native dancer had very tender feet[but he did have a 29 foot stride]yet man o'war could put fear into another horse by simpily gazing at his rivals.i think man o'war would have prevailed' swaps has the blood of man o'war looked like a more smaller version of the [original ''big red]swaps is a much underated horse.I have read and discussed much cocerning man o'war but i just can't find any fault in him he was tempermental at the gate but had the sheer strength and power to compensate for his behavior.man o'war was the Dempsey of racing, the babe Ruth of racing.tho i'm a northern country guy,and my great grandpa was a yankee civil war soldier, most of my buddies have been southerners, the 'LIL OL REBELS AND tambiens comments really tell it like it is
