Personaly I think Cigar would've made an excellent sire, if it wasn't sterile
I'm not a Secretariat fan (regulars on this board knows that well) but some of his progeny has proven to make good horses, also a horse with Man o'War and Secretariat's bloodline in them seem to do quite well. Unless you've been following TB horseracing for years, you'll probably have to go online at places like www.kentuckyderby.com or some other racing site and pick up names. I can sit here and spout off names but a lot of the times when they retire the horse, they're no longer at the stable they were trained to race, they're at a breeding stable.
