I think he had quite a nose, too, but Admiral wasn't noted for looking alot like his sire (the doc even mentioned that). I think to some extent MOW had a Roman nose but not nearly as pronounced.
You want to see a top progeny that looked like him, see American Flag. I can think of some better (can't recall names), but they weren't as noted runners.
Overall, tho, I think Admiral was a fine-looking horse.
