I agree entirely with your thoughts on over rated horses. I am lucky enough to be the proud owner of Man O Wars great grandaughter, I often get into arguments with people about Secretariat. He would not have beaten Big Red, Big red had a stride length of 28 feet, Secretariat did not. I get real annoyed about it, and nothing is going to change my mind, Man'o War was the best race horse of the twentieth century. I came here from England, I used to work at The National Stud Newmarket with the race horses, I have jockeyed myself, and when some barrel racer or spectator of rodeo tries to tell me about an industry i know, i get so frustrated. I have nothing against western riders by the way! Well I thought I would respond to your claims, and agree.
