Just because he is built like a distance horse doesn't necessarily mean that that's a guarantee that he will be a distances horse case in point Too Much Bling correct me if I'm wrong but, he doesn't look like a sprinter but, his owners have said he can't stretch out his speed so he's going to stick to sprinting. Also there is the possibility he just doesn't want to run past a certain point. I don't like Afleet Alex but, I have to give it up to him that was incredible what he did in the Preakness. And Scrappy T was not green in that race he was more of a veteran that Afleet Alex was if anything it was the jockey of Scrappy T's fault. If First Samurai wanted to beat Corinthian he could have caught up to him there was plenty of ground left to catch him but, the fact of the matter is Corinthian is more talented than First Samurai, Corinthian showed he wants to run he just got a litte too excited.
