Dude calm down it sounds like you need some anger management. First I'm not "knocking" Man O' War I was giving him respect Sir Barton despite him not being a great racehorse he was still good. One race can't define a horses an entire career thats why Seattle Slew was great his entire career was overly impressive GLARINGLY OBVIOUS!!!!. I never said that it was a fore gone conclusion that 4 year olds always win over 3 year olds what I said was more than likley the 4 year old will win now obviously there are great 3 year olds horses that can win out of there age group. Not that this is really a pressing point but, by what you said a 3 year old being "damn close" to being 4 in october well the 4 year old would be "damn close" to being a 5 year old. Where did you get the juicey tidbit about 3 year olds beating 4 year olds 75% of the time. Let's say Barbaro wins the Triple Crown and sometime in October win he's Damn Close to 4 somebody comes up with a great idea Let's have a match race Barbaro who is equally adept running on grass as he is on dirt versus Japan's Triple Crown winner last year Deep Impact can you honestly tell me that Barbaro would win?.
