That is where I got it.
Handicapping MSW 3 yr and up. Also allowance races nw 1 2 or 3 x
Kept careful check for two years 1974 1975 in NY.
680 races in NY in that condition booklet.
All 680 races had mixed 3 and 4 year olds running in it.
and 3 yr olds won 445 of them.
I know that for it cost me vetting money big time.
