Horse racing is a MONEY game. Lets say without public interest no one will bet money on races and then there is NO GAME.
Damn naiviete. Advertising and marketing bring in the fans and thier money.It is a simple principle: if there is no one willing to spend his money on horse racing, it is out of business.
