I know I said I wouldn't post anymore, but I'm also unused to the fact that these boards have sped up since I moved and lost my internet. Anyways, I understand your frustration, but you have to admit that no one here has kept their tempers well. -Shrug- Keeping mine has never gotten me in trouble or in any personal, tantrum-like arguments.
I am too young to have seen horses like Secretariat or Man o' War, even Cigar is a bit further back than my interest in horse-racing. Being young may make you inexperienced, but not necessarily less knowledgable. A lot of folks much older than myself did not see that Barbaro would win, just like me. I'm going to guess that most people here didn't have him as number one, either. Why, then, must you all bicker because, having proven himself capable of winning the Derby impressively, Barbaro's picked up a few fans? And even though you or someone else may not agree with comparisons of him to Secretariat or Man o' War, they are entitled to their own opinion, as are you to say yours. Whether you do so in an understanding or petty way is up to you.
