When his leg was shattered yes it was all over. In hindsight it is easy to say scratch him and I am sure they would have if they knew that would happen to him. A chance to have a 50 million dollar horse as unbeaten TC winner was too much for them to resist, I guess. Yet it was ominous that things were a miss.
