I was at Saratoga this past weekend, and there definately was electricity in the air when Bernardini was dominating the Travers. I think everyone feels this could be a special horse, as it just seems so easy for him! Btw, didnt General Assembly win the 1979 Travers by 15 lengths? I think Bernardini's margin of victory is the largeest since then. Granted General Assembly never would have won if the Bid was there that day, but it was a great performance by him.
