Intersting Note I found Posted by Depalma13 About Classic

I don't think it even it is an Invasor/Bernardini matchup. To me it is all Bernardini. Go to NTRA.com and watch the Pimlico Special. Invasor needed a big effort to get past Wandering Boy, who had an easy lead. Okay, I can accept that it is tough to chase a loose on the lead horse. Well, Wanderin Boy had an even easier lead in the JCGC and Bernardini passed him like he was standing still.

Wanderin Boy's Beyer in the Pimlico Special was a 106. He got a 105 for the JCGC. So he basically ran his same race.

Bernardini's normal race is better than any race any of the possible competitors have ever put up. Unless something happens to him, I can't see him losing the race. The video replays confirm everything his past performances show. He doesn't break a sweat while dismissing everything he's faced. Lava Man and Invasor have had to work to get their wins.

So most people trying to beat him are banking on Bernardini's lack of adversity, how will he respond to a horse looking him in the eye. I think it is a mute point. There isn't a horse running in this race that will get a chance to do that. The horses that have the seasoning, have never faced the beast they are about to encounter.

This is an intersting point another handicapper said he's the best 3 year old since Spectacular Bid which could be the point personally if either Lava Man or Bernardini win I will be happy!
