His first start on dirt is no obstacle for he has won on left handed courses, right handed courses and straight courses at over 1 ¼ miles. Brian Meehan paid $75,000 to enter him in the Classic. If David Junior can handle the dirt he is a serious player against Bernardini. Love the horses you want but do not be a Chalk Eater by picking favorite after favorite and then watch 2/3 of them lose. Maybe you had not seen Secretariat, Dr. Fager, Damascus, Buckpasser, Ruffian etc for then you would not be so in love with Bernardini who is just another good 3.
