As a nine year old boy who loved horses and when I could not be with them physically,then I would be with them spiritually,when I was supposed to be studying chapters in class be it any subject.I would allways be reading a Walter Farley book,(that was the best thing about those text books,they were big,big enough to set the good books inside)The Black Stallion series,Island Stallion,my spirit would fly and then I read Man O War and I soared,not only was this a great horse,he was untouchable this was,The horse of the Gods and he was real.
Many times I dreamed of riding bareback in the wind on that big fire red chestnut.
About a year and a half ago I saw a picture of a mare who just drew me to her(750 miles to her)and when I traced her she went back to him eight times,next week she is going to meet a young fellow who goes to him twenty times,so the foal will go to him twenty eight times.
I hope it is a Fire Red Chestnut Colt,but either way it is a pleasure to know there is a little bit there.
