Well I don't know if this is the main reason of the drop in posts but one of the things that normally happens on this board is, around this time of year the posts drops after the Breeders' Cup races because the horse racing season ends on television. Once it picks up again on TV, which usually happens around March or April (at least for me) then some of the people on this board will sometimes talk about the thoroughbred horse racing and the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes during the Summer.
