hi, it you're looking for exercise tips i have a great one! youn know that little bit of belly you can never get rid of......that belly that just doesnt look toned..,sorry i'm just rumbling...these are very old chinese crunches. i know 3 of them lower abs, higher abs & side abs.they are a breathing exercised followed by a small crunch. you do 5-10 of each of them...any more and you could seriously hurt your self. just 5 equal 100 crunches! when ever summer comes up & i want a toned bellly that looks like furgies from the black eyed-peas i do them! if your interested email me at Russian_Roulette469@hotmail.com & i'll send you insrtuctions as soon as i get to my pc again! if not i'll totally understand...you're a master at dieting...i have no self will....another exercise is skipping...it gets rid of cellulite, improves cardio & blood flow as well as gerneral fitness. when i train for kickboxing i skip...you are able to breathe more easily when doing heavy exercise where trying not to get knocked out is your most important thought.....bi-bi! yours sincerly zan.

I have read many people comments and feel compelled to share my knowledge. I am a human nutrition major and for the most part know what I am talking about. First of all...When you starve yourself your body will begin to eat itself. It barely uses the fat storage and mostly eats muscle. After muscle comes the other vital organs. Our body preserves the fat and DOES NOT use it when we do not eat!!! If you hardly eat your body will savor every morsel of food you give it and begin to put into fat storage because your body knows it will be awhile until the next meal!! I just really felt obligated to share this tid-bit. Many people think that if they don't eat than their body will run off the stored fat, which is simply not true!!!!! PLEASE TAKE CARE.
...you can only lose as much as your individual metabolism will allow. it's different for each person. usually you lose ,maybe 10lbs in 1o days,but it's mostly water weight. fasters almost always fail...then binge,feel guilty,binge more cos they get depressed,then fast again...an on it goes!
1. cut out sweets and junk food
2. exercise 1 hr. a day and add weights or some anaerobic training, this will raise your metabolism
3. never stop drinking water and add lemon juice to the water, this also raises your metabolism
4. eat bran cereal
5. only eat when you are absolutely starving, and then nothing bigger than your hand or fist

Shayla: If you fast (Not fruit-fast); after the first day you will have lost about 2 pounds. The next days (throughout the week) You will lose ca.1 pound a day.
Then your metabolism will sink, so you won't lose that much weight.
I wouldn't recomand it to you.
The weigh you lose will mostly come from water, and you may be dehydrated to death.
It's dangerous in long terms, and can cause dangerous complications.
But if you are carefull and use your wits, you know that it is a good way to clean out crap!
Make sure that you get enough to drink.
At least drink 5 glasses of water each day minimum.
But the fruit fast is effective; But eat various fruits; not apples since they contains a lot of acid.
Believe me; it hurts like hell!

Ok I dont know where you people are getting your info from but heres the truth about fasting. when you fast a real fast you drink only water. you drink tons and tons of water this is so you DO NOT GET DEHYDRATED. point one. next you can fast for as many days as you want. the body starts to use muscle and organs only after it has used every once of fat you have. this varies from person to person. A normal fast is from 7 to 10 days this is called a light fast. a medium fast lasts from 10 to 18 days and a long fast is 30 to 45 days. most people report loosing their appitite after the 5 or 6th day and you typically lose one pound per day of fasting. it is true that for the first few days this is prob. water weight. If you have questions please e-mail me. fasting helped me loose 15 pounds in two weeks. I have kept it off for three months. Ill be starting a fast again in three days.
I have a stomach disorder that my muscles do not contract when I eat, thus giving me extreme pain when I eat....do you have any fasting tips as I have alot of flab around the mid section, and starving myself (so I don't get pain!) isin't helping-----thanks

I was bulimic for a really long time, and now I have this problem where my stomach doesn't contract. I'll wake up the next morning feeling like I just had a seven course meal, even if I only ate lightly, and the last thing I had was around 6pm the night before. It's terrible, I feel so huge and it takes forever for my stomach to calm down!
Have you found anything to alleviate this? The only thing that helps me is not eating too much in general, but especially avoiding foods too high in fat, too much dairy, or too much bread. I'm reeling from this passed Christmas, and I was looking for ideas when I stumbled across your entry. If you've found anything since you've written last, I'd really appreciate you writing me at Glamourina33@aol.com, and I'll do the same for you.

Actually I have really good tips, I have actually learned to become a very good anorexic, Always stay negative, meaning dont trust anyone but yourself, because if you do you lose your focuse...First of all, set goals for yourself, start out slow and gradually work up to it, if you are just starting...
1. drink water all the time
2. work out everyday! no matter what!
3. Do not eat anything! called will power, how bad do you want it?
4. dont have friends, they will pickup on your secret, try to help you
and you will begin to trust them and giveup
5. stay isolated, wear baggy close! to hide it
6. I know it sounds misrible but thats how you do it,
7. Dont talk to alot of ppl. so you stay focused. you dont want to be happy
cuz then you become trusting, wich makes you eat.
8. its not about being thin, its about being unhappy,
9. learn to hate yourself
10. think that you will never be able to live life happy, you cant trust anyone for all the hurt and anger they have cuased you. thats how i started..i use to be happy, buti changed when ppl hurt me so much as i got older now 20 i am still a chronic anorexic and it doesnt matter cuz ppl dont give a shit about you they care about themselves! MEMEBER! dont trust anyone! its about trust, being happy, but you cant do that! cuz when you begin to trust, make friends they hurt you, thats why its best to not trust atall! cuz you always Relapse! its not about weight!!! its about feelings and emotions!! remember that! stay angry! dont trust ppl! stay alone, Listen to music all the time, think about everything and everyone who ever betrayed you and lied to you!!! take my advice I know !!
Personally I never fasted for more than 2 weeks but just from those 2 weeks I lost about 9-12 pounds. So if you really dedicated to losing weight fast and keeping it off fasting is the way to go trust me on that one!

neway fasting works really well as long as you dring...i find that warm water is good for when you are really hungry...u feel full up

I am curious about your message on fasting, fasting by itself for 2 weeks will cause you to lose weight as you said, but what I am curious about is if you drink more water and also ex
