Being a Cheby fan of the old days I decided to take on this project for one reason. The car was free. It was abandoned at a property a co worker purchased so I legally took it over. So here are a few pics from the beginning to the end.

I stripped out the interior and removed the remaining vinyl top. Plan to put a vynl top back on cause I like the old school look.

The engine was a 2V 351. Not the original top end at least. The block was .060 over and had 1 bent push rod. I sold the whole motor and started fresh. Now I have a D0AE-J block .020 over with KB-177's zero decked.

Had a set of 2V heads but sold them and picked up a set of D1AE-GA CC heads. In the process of porting them and having new valves/guides/studs/grind and flow done so I can get the cam selected.

More to follow at a later date.
