WHITE MARSH, Md. — Three people were stabbed early Saturday on a Greyhound bus during a fight that started over the use of the restroom, police said.
The injuries were non-life-threatening and the bus continued on its scheduled trip from Georgia to New York, said Baltimore County police Officer Shawn Vinson. The city where the bus started was not immediately clear.
Police arrested a man suspected of stabbing the other three people but had yet to charge him, Vinson said.
Police got a report at 5:20 a.m. about a fight that broke out between a man and woman over the use of the restroom on the bus that was northbound on Interstate 95, Vinson said.
Other passengers apparently went to the woman's aid, and during the ensuing brawl three people were stabbed, the officer said.
The three stabbing victims were taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
