I know Joku from very young days personally and very well. Even through his short political stint with the Vanimo-Green Electorate, carrier with former Prime Minister as Chief of Staff to Sir Julius then recently with Oneil. He has left a double agent trail of terror with the Presidium Papua ending up to the killing of his late uncle Theys Eluay and others.
Let this be known to all our there:
1) Joku is a supporter of the Autonomy program and not full independence and has become a double agent doing work for the Indonesian Government right now and cannot be trusted or welcomed back to PNG. Be warned.
2) The Indonesian Government is officially paying his salary, travels costs, house, car and giving all the money to commence repatriation program for Papuans back to Indonesia under the IGSSAPRI Program, under the Autonomy program. The IGSSAPRI is the machinery of death set up by Joku with the help of former Indonesian Embassador to PNG Colonel Yohanes Jopari, (an intellectually weak Papuan from Manokwari). They are now going around talking to parents of Wwest Papuans about taking their kids for 'training in colleges and Universities throughout Indonesia. What we already know is that Joku is being used to lure these innocent unsuspecting papuans parents and children especially back to Papua to their isolated death away from their parents as for Indonesia these young generations pose real threat to Indonesia's continuity in Papua.
3)IGSSAPRI is a device of instability, a longterm apparatus for disunity of the papuan people, it is an instrument of cultural brainwash and promotes a set system for indoctrination and ultimately death. It is illusionary and creates a false hope a after graduation there are no jobs.
4) In 2006 Joku created a foolish act to confirm his close affinity with Indonesia when he went around to collect money from the Indonesian Embassy with help of Mr. John Noratouw and Adolf Hannesby and their inlaw Sawi Sitapai to transport the remains of the late Wilhelm Zonggonau back to his home in Enarotari in Nabire Regency in Tanah Papua. Sadly Mr. Zongonau's coffin landed at the Wutong Border post and was forced open by the Military and changed to another coffin before he was take unceremoniously and quietly with no honor to his hone in Enarotari in the mountain regions of Nabire, some three hours by air from Jayapura.
5)The Cause for the liberation of West Papua will succeed very very soon without traitors like Franz Joku and he knows this very well. Joku knows that he is not needed by the fletching new government of Papua. Even his relative Governor Bas Suebu is not needed by the onslaught.
6) Joku abundant his PNG wife of many years Rose, and Children and with the help of the military remarried a women from Indonesia in Jayapura. This network has now become dangerous, untrustworthy and swayed off course from the independence vision. Joku has fallen to the "sweet smile" of Java.
7) One very shameful Joku did in 2006 was that he collaborated with Mr. Nick Maseth, a former air niugini pilot who also returned back to Jayapura. Mr. Maseth went all the way to the Presidential palace (Istana President) in 2006 and bowed to the President Susilo Bambang Yusiyono or SBY, and begged him for pardon, in other words he surrendered to an enemy who was illegally occupying our Melanesian Papua land. This act was publicly telecasted and reported all over Indonesia bringing the whole Papua cause to disrepute. Maseth did this with the advice support and coaching of his guru, Franzalbert Joku.
The latest is that he is working very hard to make excuses and proof and acquit to Jakarta for the funds given under IGSSAPRI program which he heads. Mr. Joku is not a enemy of the people of Papua but all over Melanesia and I am warning all of you in the most strongest of terms to be wary of this very dangerous person. Whatever he did or contributed to PNG is of no value anymore, as he took it upon his own free will to side with Indonesia thereby disqualifying himself in the process.
All PNG supporters of the greater Papua cause for freedom, should look to new leaders from Papua and help with whatever they can to the OPM fighting forces. In PNG we have a huge and powerful lobby group led by the PNG WEST PAPUA ASSOCIATION, WEST PAPUA NATIONAL CONGRESS, NGO'S, CHURCHES and WEST PAPUA STUDENTS ASSOCIATION AT THE UPNG. At the Political Front we have the ongoing support of the former Governor for Sandaun John Tekwie, Governors for NCD Hon. Powes Parkop,Governor for Morobe Luther Wenge, and many Members of Par;iament today. In this respect, Joku and his IGSSAPRI is an irrelevant issue. We will succeed and raise the MORNING STAR FLAG in JAYAPURA soon.
Joku is supported in PNG by these small band of corrupt double agents: Sawi Sitapai a failed Manus Lawyer and his wife Tabitha Sitapai a Lawyer with the Ombudsman Commission, Mr. Adolf Hannesby a senior officer with Education Department, John Noratouw a West Papuan, (Rose Suwae sister of Tabitah Saitapai), John Hamadi a lecturer at Inservice Colleage. Papua New Guineas be warned that these people are traitors to our cause and must be ex-communicated immediately.
Please dont talk about Joku anymore as he is a dangerous, is being closely watched by the OPM, is a nobody in so far as the new strategies for the Independence movement is concerned and is no officially declared as public enemy.

It is hardly surprising to see that uneducated individuals with nothing better to do continue to post derogatory comments, most of which is unconfirmed information on this site. If you are such a staunch supporter of Papua... I ask what have you done towards the development of your homeland??
Firstly, I strongly suggest you improve your vocabulary and grammar as your written language skills are very poor. Educate yourself, your children and worry about the future of your own families.
It is because of narrow minded, illiterate, incompetent people like you that contribute nothing what-so-ever towards improving the development of Papua nor do you play any important role in educating the young Papuans of today.

I have no intention of being involved in your assasination of Mr Joku's character but I think you have stepped out of line. Please leave me out of your discussions. There is no real freedom of speech. There is only political correctness in a very corrupt nation. Hence, what you are does not seem to be important, but who you are is what counts in PNG! Hence, the so called "Leaders" do whatever they want, unacountered for.
