When NGRA takes over our first efforts will be to unite New Guinea as one country.

All Indonesians present in the west side will be executed or deported depending on their classification.

NGRA will bring piped water, electricity, and roads to all remote villages in the former West Papua. Proper clothing in NGRA official colors will be donated to all primitive villagers.

We will immediately fund construction of a major 6-8 lane freeway type highway to go east-west from one end of the island to another to unite our peoples.

Tokpisin lessons will be given to villagers on the West Papua side so they can learn to speak properly and learn all the rules and regulations of the new Niugini.

For all West Papuans, there is an imposter claiming to be the NGRA.
