I couldn't give a crap about Notre Dame but since its shoved down our face every week by NBC when there are better games on every week not being shown... what the hell is there color problem?? The uniforms are blue yet the dumbass fans all have on green... If the team color is blue... wear blue not green. What a bunch of knuckleheads and don't give me any tradition crap. If a tradition is as stupid as that, wise up!!
The players have even worn green uniforms a time or two. What else would you expect from a team with a French name that calls themselves the Fighting Irish.
Green jersey's and shirts are very special to the Irish players and their fans. Notre Dame bust out the green jersey's on very special occasions. Ty Willingham wants a sea of grean at the games, to make it special for the fans, and show the nation how much we love the Irish. All teams in college sports should where a color that expresses the love of their teams. Just because we wear green doesn't make us dumbass's, it means we have pride in our team. Plain and simple.
I saw this great t-shirt that some guy on UF's campus was wearing the other day. It was very simple it just had notre dame printed across the chest with a big circle and a line through it. I need to get my hands on a shirt like that. i am driving up to Tallahassee very soon and need to show my hatred for Notre Dame, stupid Irish. They have the easiest schedule in college football, I should hope that they have a winning season, what a crck of crap. I don't understand how you haters say that ND has such an easy schedule. With wins over Maryland, Michigan, Air Force, and now Florida St. just to name a few, the BCS has rightfully so given the Irish the #1 rating in schedule strength.
