Good game last night...We're really a terrible team aren't we? 57-7? Terrible teams like Notre Dame usually don't win games by 50 points.

Good football teams don't feel the need to run up the score 57-7 against a team like Stanford. And a coach with any class wouldn't call for a fake punt leading by 50 points in the 4th quarter. What goes around comes around...

How terrible are they?

Terrible teams lose games with scores like 38-0.
Terrible teams lose games with scores like 37-0.
Terrible teams cannot beat a Big Ten team in three tries.
Terrible teams cannot beat their in state rival.
Terrible teams lose to their cross country rival 45-14.
Terrible teams lose to their Catholic rival.
Terrible teams have no hope of a winning regular season after November 1.
Terrible teams get shutout twice in one season.
Terrible teams have to struggle to beat a service academy.
Terrible teams have a losing record on December 3.
