I am very concerned to see so many anti-ND websites. Who would have guessed that there are so many who hate to see the most successful team in all of college sports history....win a game or two? Two big breaks? They made two horrendous calls. If they were close, they would have given them to UM so their fans wouldn't have so much to b*tch about. There is a reason we have produced the most heismans, all time wins, NFL players, and academic all-Americans, gentlemen. We're going to lose games this season. But make no mistake about it---the glory has returned.

Notre Dame must really suck if they win a game or two and you think it is a big deal.

Well, if they are going to rename the Notre Dame stadium to Spartan Stadium West, then what is Michigan States Stadium called since Notre Dame has won 8 straight in Michigan States house? The way I see it, Michigan State has to win back their stadium from Notre Dame before they can go and name ND's stadium after their team. ND has owned it since 1970, the beginning of the 8 game win streak in East Lansing. So, come talk to me when MSU has beaten ND in their house 9 games in row, just allowing them to have permission to ask for their stadium back!

We'll work on winning back our stadium next year. You know, we can't win every year. If we beat Notre Dame every year you guys would drop us off your schedule.

I will tell you why I don't like ND. No matter what happens win or lose the sports media covering college football will devote entirely to much time to covering ND.
Ever watch PTI? It is laughable the number of times ND has been a topic on the show. The same goes for the AP and all other sporting news organizations.

All this coverage because of a grand tradition that began before the great depression and has since began a long slow (and hopeful) death. I can only hope the media of tomorrow do not fall in line with the media of today by writing the same rehashed articles and doing the same as the last ten people commentary for a subject that has long lost its luster in a large part of the public eye.

i think unfortunately that whenever notre dame wins a couple games, we're gunna hear s**t about the return to glory from the media. i hope notre dame burns
