If you like that school, you hate MC and are a believer in cheap shots and dirty football!!! I hate Rice because that is what they preach!!! It is amazing that I had tougher wars with St Rita and Joliet Catholic and I still respect them!!! So tell your coaches to teach right and there would not be a problem!!! And if you know so much about football I will bet MC goes farther than Rice this year too!!
Finally something I never will forget was in 1994! BR was playing MC at MC in basketball. Antoine Walker was inbounding a ball on the sidelines next to BR's bench. If you know MC's gym, you will know it is real small!! Well a parent on the Rice side with BR sweats on pushed A. Walker in the head and later spit on his back when he was not looking!!! BR beat MC in one of the greatest basketball games I haver ever seen. A friend of mine Jim Sexton, singlehandidly beat MC with his 3 pointers!!! Rice won and made a mess o fhte MC locker room by spray painting the N*gger word all over reading N*gger Lovers!!! Their coach, AD and principal denied it even with a movie camera on their locker room!!!! That showed the class of the school and its fans and staff!!! That is why there is hate!!! One more story about MC's class!!! My frosh year at MC in 1988 we played Marist in the 6A 2nd round!! Marist had that drug problem with Cappas dealing there and were always called a feminite school!!! Kids threw white flour in baggies on the field on MC's side and were yelling drop the soap and anti- gay remarks!!! During the game the MC coaching staff stopped play and yelled and condemned the childish actions of the MC kids and students and sent the discipinarian to sit with the students and give out jugs to all that were present in the joking!!! Later that week Fr Robert Carroll wrote a 2 page apology letter to the Marist principal and sent students over to their field to clean up any mess left from our fans!!! That is class and why I donate 1000's of dollars to that school I love!!! I am proud to say I went there for my athletic and academic success!!! That is why our alumni is soooo strong and proud and why we deserve all the good words we get!!! And yes I am sober at my house that I just purchased in Darien Illinois for over $500,000, so do njot be jealous I will borrow you a couple of bucks if you need it!!!
