One of my roommates is moving out so we are looking for a new roommate. You could move in either Aug 1st or Sept 1st.
The apartment is located a 10 min walk from Young Israel, and close to several other shuls in the area. It is on a quiet street right off of Harvard St. Close to the Butcherie (kosher market), Rubins and Taam China among other kosher restaurants and stores. There is parking available if needed. The rent is under $800 and with amenities you'd be at most paying a $1000/mo.
