Well group, the nite bite is going full swing now, and the day bite is also starting to go now too. Nites is in water from 8 to 12 foot of water, with the 8 foot being the best. ripsticks at 22 to 26 foot back, and husky jerks from 33 to 38 foot back, the speed has been from 1.4 to 1.8. the best colors has been in the ripsticks-barenaked, clown, pink lemonade. and in the husky-jerks, size 12- clear glass minnow, blue-chrome, glass clown, purple glass minnow,pink glass minnow.
The day bite is starting. reefrunners from 85 to 120 foot back, speeds of 1.8mph. same colors as above. water depth of 35 to 40 ft of water. A jigging bite in close to the shore has been pretty good also, the depth of water from 10 to 14 foot of water, purple and white jigs, purple and chart jigs tipped with minnows.good luck and good fishin.
