Raw eggs --Yolks vs. whites

Hi All-
I have always just given my dogs the yolks of eggs in their diets. I have always heard that the raw whites contain an ingredient that can inhibit food enzymes and I have digestively challenged doggies. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has done research on this issue or whether this is an old wives tale. I await the answer.
Thanks mucho.

I have no 'scientific' proof for you. I don't care about biotin or advin or whatever that is. Raw eggs are best served whole as whole food. The further you undo what nature has put together the further away from an appropriate diet you're gonna get. The only reason i don't feed eggs in large amounts is because of the cannon butt factor. i give the dogs three or four eggs once a
week with their regular meal.

raw eggs

Hi,
I feed each of my girls one raw egg a day,
I buy the fertile free range eggs from trader Joes for about
$1.60 per doz.
My dogs coats are incredible, and I feel that eggs are one of the most benificial things you can feed.
I do not feed with the shells on, as some people do, but that's just me.
