yes, LEDs are cool stuff. I just bought a board of white Luxeon Stars. Can't wait to turn them on.

Did you plug them in yet?
They produce a strange form of light, much like a welders arc.
If you really want to direct their light, buy the NXO5 optics and or the new 30mm optics for a tighter beam of light.

They havn't arrived yet. They will end up as undercounter light (not on the car), so the 120 degree beam lambertian spread will be great, and I an too tall to look into them.
Do you have any more info on the NXO5 optics.. is that a luxeon product as well?

Yes! I'm almost certain that the 30mm is as well.
