I have Bosch projectors retrofitted into my housing. Well I have them aimed correctly and both beam patterns looks the same. But my driver side gives out glare compare to the passenger-side. Even I lower the aim level of drive-side below the passenger-side it still causes glare. What can cause this? and cutoff line is very sharp and both looks same.

I think you should adjust your projector in your headlamp house on glare side, but first, if you
can not just aim your headlamp house lower(basically
adjust your headlamp will just help little bit)
cause I have had same problem before.the reason is your driver side projector aim little bit higher and other side.so I think you should adjust your projector on driver side. you can take look the web site blow. will help you alot.
