I have compared my beam path with the BMW X5 which
is the beam path in the pic below, mine is little bit
further than that X5's but I saw alot other HID
their beam is further than mine, I just wondering,
do they need aim that high or just I did mine little bit lower?

Not sure what you're asking, or even which car that beam pattern pic represents. Standard US aim is a 2.1" drop @ 25', measured at the left side of the cutoff. The aim in the shown pic looks more like 5" @ 25', which is way too much downward aim; with 28" headlight centers, you'd only be lighting 140' of road straight ahead.
