Who would you guys recommend to buy from for new pair of Hella HID ballasts, wire harnesses to accompany the ballasts and new Philips D2S bulbs. I've seen a few people on Ebay and found one seller from Ebay that has a separate site of which he sells the equipment as well.

i really doubt that any of them will sell a wiring harness besides the power plug that goes into ballast. Do ask for a wiring descriptons.

That's what I meant. The plug that slides into the ballast for accessory and ground.

That "plug" is just a 9006 headlight connector, available at any auto parts store. I prefer the ones sold by NAPA stores, since the pigtail wires are of a little heavier gauge than the real cheap ones sold by the lower-end chain stores.

Should I buy these pair of D2S bulbs ship to Toronto?
Have you had any experience with their bulbs?

I am in TO myself. I have bought bulbs from him with no problems. Ask him to consider lowering invoice value and send through USPS. He sendt it express to me, so tax bill ($7) came later.
