Does anyone know where I can purchase some rebased Philips 4100k bulbs that wound fit into a 9006 housing? I've seen some available at xenondepot.com, but they are so expensive. Does anyone know where else I can find some?

I purchased a HID kit from Misterjung.com about a year ago. Now one of my bulbs is starting to fail on me. It changed colors from white-green... to just dim-yellow. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

There should be no place to buy a rebased HID bulb because it illegal to import or sell them.
