All I need are the high-voltage wiring (ballast-to-bulb) with sockets. The cheaper the better

I already asked Jen @ suvlights,he doesn't have those LVQ-212 pieces.

Nah,they have to be LVQ-212 plugs. They're for Eaglite driving lights (like the ones Josch uses),these are designed specifically for LVQ-212's,other OEM plugs will not fit correctly. I don't want to buy a pair of LVQ-212's because I already have some perfectly good Lexus ones to use.

Eunos,the 950 series.

Much much cheaper when you buy them bare, just lights + hardware no ballasts/bulbs. Do you have the 900s? I'm curious how well they work considering the compact size, and if they're more of a driving light than fog.

Hey Ed,

Yeah, I have 900 series round. They are listed to use D2R. So, I tried them with both D2R and D2S. I shall post some picture on this thread later. Very interesting findings, to say the least.

Here is a pic of X900 reflector. I thought it was kinda funny how there is a definite flare built into it. Lights come with an H1 mounting bracket as well, but no sheild. It was interesting to experiment with using D2S and D2R. I thought may be just may be these could be modified to be used as aux low beams. So I experimented...

D2S beam picture...

D2S beam picture. Distance is appx 25ft, on a cold night taken a little bit from the side. You could see the light source on the left, mounted from the trunk height. Wall is beige. And it is tilted a bit, sorry.

D2R beam picture....

Just to mention, in case it makes a difference. D2S is brand new. D2R that I have is about 500 to 800 hrs old. So here is a beam pic of D2R in X900 housing. Looks almost the same, but you could see a bit of the flare-up. It was a huge difference at shorter distances between D2R and D2S in the same housing. What do you gurus think. Could this be a candidate for an aux low beam with proper underbelly sheild. Not for me, but for future retrofitters. Perhaps, opinions could be given on a quality of a driving beam as well, that is more interesting to me, of course. Thank you all.

Let me know exactly what you want. We have various ballast in different states of repair and development. If you just need the HT wire and P32D connector thats no issue. They can be FOC and you just pay the shipping.

Drop me a line
