I have a ’93 325ic. It’s an e30 with euro smiley projectors. How hard would it to retrofit a set of 99-01 e46 xenons into the housings I have? I saw an e30 in the oem retrofit section, but there isn’t any detail as to how to make the Xenon projectors fit.

Since yo already have projector units in there it should be a matter of reengineering new retaining points. There is some generic info here:
