I rode from 8-6. i have blisters on my fingers from the evil webbed reins. Stupid thing is, theyre bad as on one side, and only one little tiny one on the other...????
I brought my first ever crop. Its dressage, coz thats what i do. Stupid thing was they were all like $56 and i got on for $15...dont no y it was sooo cheap, not complaining. I wanted a jump crop but i dont like them, i like just fliking my rist and gettin result, not havin to move my arm back. Besides, the jump ones were like, $26. Figure that out.
anyways, if this post gets scrambled, its coz im sooo tired...

IC: Arriving at Evergreen curtesy of my brother (get your OWN license)i went to ITs paddock, searching for the perfect name for him. Coming up with nothing (boris??)i entered his paddock, realising it'd been two days and i hadnt yet managed to get scarlet to ask her if it was OK. "Hello, wee man." i called to him softly, offering a piece of bread. As i expected he didnt take it. Discouraged i put his feed in the trough and dumped my armfull of hay in the racks and began the "fun" task of mucking out. Glancing at IT, expecting to see him trembling in a corner i was suprised to see that, although he was far away from me as he can go, and wasnt eating, he wasnt trembling, nor were his muscles ready to flee. He was watching me, but more as a curiosity then a threat. I nearly stopped breathing. "Goooood Boy" i croned, and, tho i hated to leave a paddock half mucked i decided not to press him further today, and leave him in peace, his reward.
In Myst stall i told her how my lovely chestnut stallion had not been so scared. "Soon" i told her with pride "Ill be leading him. THen i'll wash him" Myst said nothing (she never did) but rubbed her head against me. I laughed, and got to, hurrying before Seren came back.

Haha, cute story! =)
I'm happy to stay away from dressage and jumping and stuff... especially for reasons of cost! I have a friend that jumps and she and her family struggle to keep up with the money it requires... but it's awesome you got the crop for $15, lol!
You rode from 8 until 6 straight?!?!? Agh! No wonder you have blisters!

i figured out the blister thing...coz i worked him in the morning, and i started on that rein and it was really hard work coz he was being a prick, and by the time i swapped he was nice again, hence the fact no blisters on the other...
it was a BIG RIDE...im going for a munga nxt weekend tho...from 630 to 630...my mates an endurance and i ride with her to keep her company, besides, its a fun ride and blaze needs the exercise...
