###First off i just wanted to explain why i have not been on in like forever, it's b/c Rob and my mother and i have moved to Arizonia Rob got a transfer and a really good promotion and that's really really good considering my mother is pregnant!!! Ya i know sam! I'm so excited i'm finally going to be a big sister! WEll on with my story now lol i had to read threw some of my old ones to remember where I had left off!###

I sat in the bedroom window waiting for Cooper, Nicander was sleeping and i was locked up in one of the front bedrooms without Toby. That may or may not be a good thing i wasn't sure, all i knew was that I was finally going home. I saw Cooper's red truck coming down the road my heart lept into my throat.
He parked down at the very middle of the long driveway and walked the rest of the way. I waited patiently for any kind of sign that may tell me what to do. he picked up a few pebbles but dropped them when he saw me. I bit my lip terribly afraid it was midnight Nicander was sleeping but i was still frightened what if one of the servants woke up? i headed for the bed where Clara and i voluntarily made a rope with the sheets, carefully tieing it around the bed i dropped it.
Hand over hand taking one step at a time I climbed from the five story bedroom. Cooper carried me the rest of the way. He didn't speak a word to me but his eyes were moist and he was smiling brightly. when we got to his truck he laid me in the bed. "What if i get pulled over?" he murmered i nodded laying down in the bed next to two excited dogs. My memory was still weak all i remembered were the horses and my husband. "Cooper I'm still married to Nicander" I said hoarsly. "I've got it all taken care of Em," he muttered from the back. I laid down again the smallest dog came over to me and licked my face. I scratched behind her ears and laughed. "OH i remember Missy and Skipper" I smiled remembering everything just a surge of it swept over me. We stopped at a barn it was periwinkle blue and there were a few horse grazing in a front paddock. "Pebble Brooke Farms," he said before i could question him. "I thought we lived at..." i didn't remember. "WE do, but that's the first place Nicander will look Emily." He turned around in his seat to face me. Emily he sold both your horses" he was pale. "To who?" i swallowed "Some Slaughter house in the States" "Even Jimmy?" a slight smily crossed his face. "Not jimmy, remember emily Jimmy died?" I couldn't remember but didn't argue because in my heart i felt that it was probably true.
WE were taken to a spare Groom house on the property. TYLER it said on the door. "Thanks," cooper said. I followed him in. I was suddenly exhausted. "Come on beautiful," Cooper took my hand and led me to a bedroom about the size of my old one at The Family Mansion (Nicander's house). Cooper showed me the bathroom and handed me some pajamas i changed into them and climbed in bed. I felt Cooper kiss my cheek and then that was it. Nothing else. I remembered other things suddenly. "Cooper?" he turned "Yeah?" "What happened to the baby?" i felt my stomach. "Nicander killed it so you wouldn't remember me" Cooper sat up and pushed hair out of my face. I felt at ease with it, then he kissed my lips gently "It's going to be ok Emily just get some rest," he said. I nodded and laid on the pillow and before i knew it was sleeping

It was about 8:00 in the morning when our phone rang. Jakob sat up startled. He ran to get the reciever and carried it back to the bed so he could sit, squinting to find his way.
"Hello?" Jakob inquired. Then a pause.
"You are? ... She is? ... Great!" he smiled and handed the reciever to me.
"Hello?"
"Scarlet!" came Cooper's voice. "We made it to Pebblebrook! We're safe. Emily is okay, just a little woozy and very tired."
"Good! Thank God!" I said with a sigh. "So we'll be on the look out for Nicander. We've already called the county sheriff to be on call for us in case Nicander tries anything."
"Good," Cooper said, "He might."
"And tell Emily we love her and we say hi... hopefully she has some memory of Evergreen..." I said reluctantly.
"She does... she knew we didn't actually live at Pebblebrook atleast. I won't rush making her remember though... it might take a while," he confessed.
"Okay," I replied. "Well, talk to you later!"
"Yeah, bye!"

I sat up in bed and kissed Jakob. "Emily's okay!"
He smiled. "Thank God for that!"
