I love randomly coming back to this place and re-reading random posts...It has been so long since the first days here at Evergreen. We are all much older now and I can only imagine the different directions we all have taken as we have grown up. I wish there was a way to read the old old posts from before the site was re-done. I am not sure if anyone will ever even read this post, but I was feeling really nostalgic and just wanted to write this down. I love looking at how our writing changed over the years- there are some posts of mine I read and just shake my head in disgust. Hahaha. This place was such a great outlet, creatively, and emotionally. If any of you read this and you have any of the older posts saved somewhere will you let me know? And just in case anyone wants to catch up or reunite or just write I always come back here. When I need it most, this place is still here, and everything that was so great about it is stil here in between all of the words written on the hundreds of posts.

Wow, I never thought I'd see recent posts here ever again! I sure hope you see this reply! I was feeling a little nostalgic myself and came here and was very surprised to see your post. That's really cool. I was thinking about it the other day, and Evergreen was (has been?) around for a very long time! I acutally have saved old posts if you want me to send them your way. I can't guarantee them in their entirety as I mostly kept my own stories to see how my writing improved, but the storylines are still there.
That aside, how are you? What are you up to now?
Not sure if I can pick up writing here like I used to... I haven't written in ages!!

Life sure has been good and crazy! Right now I my third year of college and going to graduate soon with two Bachelors degrees. My love life is great :-) My boyfriend (of 2 years...a big difference then the 3 week span of my character's relationships...hahaha) and I are living together in an apartment by our university. My family has not had any horses for quite a few years now though so that has been sad. :-( But there are a lot of amish farms where I am so I can sit on my front porch and watch horses go by all day!

This is always the first place I go to when I am feeling nostalgic or what a good chuckle. I always come back and re-read stories a few times a month.

I agree that it would be pretty hard to start writing again. We tried it once and it just didnt work out. There is just no time, and life is just different for us all now.
