If you are a business owner .....provide what your workers with good conditions and respect or be open to an organization drive.
Did you know that when a busines organizes it is because a worker askes for the rep to come in and help. If the conditions were good and fair I dont think the employee would be attempting to bring in a union!
Did you know this country started and currently is a UNION of a kind. My personal opinion is that the anti-union standpoint is the ditherings of a disgruntled business owner and down right ANTI-AMERICAN!
